The Vision
The vision for Gateway Village is to develop a distinctive, master-planned community in the greater Fresno/Madera area that fosters interaction with neighbors and between neighborhoods through pedestrian-friendly design. The plan incorporates parks and open space, narrow streets, attractive streetscapes, distinct neighborhoods and mixed-use development into an exciting, pedestrian-friendly community. This design creates opportunities for social interaction, and provides convenient access to shopping, services, and recreation. We hope that realization of this design at Gateway Village will connect the people who live, work, play and visit our new community.
