The Shoppes at Chino Hills Retail/Civic Center/Residential/Community Park Specific Plan provides a land use plan, development regulations and design guidelines for a mixed-use project in Chino Hills, California. The development includes a new 550,000 square foot, open-air "Lifestyle" shopping center which combines commercial, entertainment, restaurant, and office uses, a new 200,000 square foot civic center campus and up to 355 multi-family residential units. The Specific Plan also provides for construction of a new, 43-acre Community Park. The Specific Plan was adopted by City Council on October 11, 2005.
